Peach Blossom Cold Brew
Cold brew over white peach syrup we cook down on Sundays, with a strip of orange peel.

Prices are what you pay at the counter — no upcharge for oat, whole, or skim. Everything is roasted or baked here, most of it this morning.
01 — Coffee
Pulled on a two-group lever, dialed in twice a day. Our house roast is chocolate and dark cherry; ask what the single origin is this week.
Oat, whole, and skim are all the same price — which is to say, free. Decaf is Swiss-water processed and we won't judge you for it.
02 — Tea
Weighed by the gram and timed with an actual timer. Pots serve two, and we'll top yours up with hot water for free.
Iced tea is whatever's on the tea list, brewed double-strength and crashed over ice — same price. Pots for two are $2 more.
03 — Pastries
Everything below comes out of one small oven behind the bar. When it's gone, it's gone — we'd rather run out than hold it over.

04 — Seasonal specials
Four at a time, swapped when the produce runs out. Summer's list is below — autumn's goes up the first cold morning.
